How To Order

Clothing/Jewellery/Artwork: Just select the item you want to order and click "ADD TO CART". To submit your order, click "GO TO PAYMENTS" and follow the instructions.

Hairpieces: As above or alternatively email me your specification for quoting to info.suicide@yahoo.co.uk and I will get back to you with a price and processing time.

Please note: Payment must be made in advance. Work will not start on your order until payment has been received in full - this is due to the many timewasters I have experienced in the past.

Payment

Payment methods accepted are PayPal, Cheque (UK only) or Postal Order (UK only). You do not need a PayPal account! If you don't have a PayPal account, just follow the "CLICK HERE" link near the bottom of the form on the PayPal payment page and you will be able to pay with a credit card instead. I will hold items for 7 days in order to receive payment by post (UK only). After those 7 days your order will be cancelled.

International Customers must pay by PayPal or credit card. I cannot accept money orders under any circumstances.

All payments must be in UK pounds!

Shipping

Postage & packing is charged at a rate of 10% of total order plus a handling fee of £1.00, worldwide. UK ORDERS are sent via Royal Mail 1ST CLASS. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS are sent via Royal Mail AIRMAIL.

Insured postage is available at an extra cost of £4.00. Insured postage will require a signature upon delivery.

Orders are dispatched, or in the case of hairpieces, started, once payment clears. Please allow 21 working days for your order to reach you (please allow up to 8 weeks for hairpieces/extensions). If the item is out of stock or is going to be delayed I will contact you as soon as possible.

Suicide Dreams is not responsible for items unreceived if signed for or accepted by another person at your address.

Returns

In the event that a product is found unsatisfactory within 7 days of receipt you must contact me to discuss the problem. You can receive either a credit note or an exchange up to the value of the unsatisfactory item. In the interest of hygene and customer safety, I do not exchange or refund hairpieces or pierced jewellery. I also do not accept returns of custom designs. I reserve the right to return to you any unacceptable return items for example, it has been worn, tags/labels have been removed or if the item has been deemed unacceptable - all packing for returned products must be intact and not damaged in any way. Please include a copy of the email receipt with the returned item.
